How to use Upscale

Open Upscale and pick the photo you want bigger.
Choose By size (2K, 4K or 8K) or By factor (2x, 3x or 4x). Each size shows what your photo will become.
Save the full-resolution result, ready to print.

Sizes are measured on the long side, so they work for portrait, landscape and square photos. The app shows the exact size your photo will get and greys out sizes it already has. Very small photos have a limit: 4K needs about 770 px on the long side, 8K about 1,540 px, and the app tells you the largest size yours can reach.

Refine faces (4x, 4K and 8K): turn it on when the photo has people, to sharpen faces while enlarging.

Every version, three real examples

Each version runs on the same three photos, so you can compare them side by side. The examples zoom in on the same area of the photo so you can see the added detail. The examples use By factor. By size runs the same versions, then sets the exact size.
